Due to the condition of the property it was on the market for a while with a couple of false starts. This had nothing to do with Ruth - on the contrary she rang me weekly, gave me data and really engaged with potential buyers. There were a number of conditions on the final sale and Ruth navigated and coordinated this brilliantly. Would highly recommend to anyone considering selling their property.
