I had been planning to sell for a while so I selected an agent and got them to manage the property for me till I was ready. When it came time to sell Ruth and Woodards Carnegie did a fantastic job advising what to do and not do to the property and then getting trades people to do the work. Extremely professional and helpful. Kept me fully informed. On the day there were about 100 people at the auction and the first bid was at a price I was happy with.
