Excellent communicator and solutions-based professional

I was the buyers agent acting on behalf of my client, the purchaser, where Rutuja was the vendor's agent looking after the sale of the subject property. I have come across very few real estate professionals that exhibit such excellent service all around. Rutuja was always accessible to answer any enquiries on the property, very forthcoming with any information requested, quick to provide access to relevant videos or photos for the property and was overall a pleasure to transact with. She very clearly looked after her vendor's interests, but what stood out most was her polite nature and always being aware of ensuring a smooth process end-to-end for all parties involved.
