Ryan was great to work with. We were first time sellers and in the initial consultation (he came and sat down with us face to face where some other agents only gave us phone appraisals) he gave us a very thorough outline of the process, including clearly communicating the costs and timelines. He then gave us time to consult other agents and compare and he didn't try to pressure us to sign up with him right away. In the end we went with Ryan because he was transparent and knowledgeable and was quick to point out some of our house upgrades which could increase the value of our house compared to a more standard house in the area. Ryan's valuation for our house was around 10% higher than some of the other agents in the area gave us, and in the end he managed to get us pretty much right on what he told us from the outset.
