We recently bought a house that was being sold through Bell Real Estate. We had not heard of the agency and didn't know what to expect. From our first inspection however, it became clear to us that Bell was very different from the bigger agencies. Ryan and Toni were very pleasant and responded to our questions patiently and courteously in both our inspections and in subsequent phone calls. Later we learned that Ryan was the third generation of the same family firm and Toni had previously sold this same house. This gave us confidence but also raised our expectations of them, and they responded in a fantastic manner.
