We were very happy to meet Ryan and Toni who helped us purchase our new home in Kallista. Both of them are very professional and friendly as well as having thorough knowledge on the market. We warmed to both of them which certainly helped get the job done with the least amount of pain possible. We met multiple local agents and also some on the Bayside suburbs and we only liked two out of many! We definitely didn't feel like a number with Ryan and Toni, we made our intentions clear early on and it was a smooth process. His market knowledge was great - and confidence in our property was very reassuring. In the end we had a VERY busy first open inspection and apart from one or two private showings that was it! Contracts were signed within a week of hitting the market... and for $35K over what our ideal price had been! Very glad we went with Bell RE and Ryan Bell.
