I actually wasn’t the one who did most of the communications in the setup to purchasing of this property. My parents actually did a lot of it because I’m always at work during normal house inspection times. But from what they told me he was very helpful with everything in helping decide if this would be the right property for me. Since my offer was accepted whenever I’ve had anything to ask or need help with he has promptly assisted with whatever it was I was needed. Thankyou for all the hard work.

Ryan Bell and his assistant Toni Leskovec were both great to deal with. It's fair to say that they had a very nice house to sell and that we were prepared to pay a fair price for it (so there was no hard scrap to get the deal done) but that tells me that they attract good clients. I can't fault them and would definitely come back to them if we needed to sell.
