My husband and I could not find one fault with Ryan, his team, or the service which was delivered. It was truly a very easy journey from deciding to sell, to accepting an offer which we were very happy with. We personally found house styling / hiring staging furniture to be a necessary evil. While I was very opposed to begin with, once I saw the finished product I realised how much the staging made every room look better. I was very impressed with how modern the whole houses ended up looking.

As a first home buyer, it can be a daunting adventure attending multiple home opens, finding the 'one' and nervously starting the process of outing an offer in. Ryan, together with Sinead and Greg, where absolutely fantastic to deal with throughout the process. Ryan took the time to explain everything about the process, timeframes and requirements, and remained in contact with me with regular check-in calls to see if I was okay and if I had any questions or queries. As mentioned, the thought of buying my first home was a little daunting with the expectation that dealing with an agent would only add to the stress, but my experience has been the complete opposite and I would unreservedly recommend Ryan and the team for any selling or leasing needs. If my experience from the buyer-side is this good, I can imangine that as a seller it would be equal to, or even better (if that is even possible). Ryan and the team at Benade Helman are a mile in front of the other agents and in many areas . Honesty has been missing in this industry in my opinion and I felt that Ryan was the most honest agent I've ever had the pleasure to deal with . Whilst I was the buyer and respect his position to negotiate the best deal for his seller , he was honest and respectful throughout the entire negotiations. I wasn't just another buyer I felt I was given his entire time and he did not pressure myself or my family in any way unlike most agents . I can wholeheartedly recommend and more so encourage you to look beyond the big spenders in advertising they are good and get the people who Actually Are Good ! A fair and reasonable result was agreed to and have since utilised Ryan to successfully rent out an apartment in just a few days with fantastic results!.
