Ryan & Cate from Buckingham’s were fantastic to work with throughout the campaign of selling our home. From day one after assessing our property they were upfront and comprehensive about the strategy they would recommend and honest about the price achievable in the current market place. Their level of communication and methods of delivery were first class and reassuring. Val & I would have no hesitation in using Ryan and Cate again if needed or recommend them for the sale of your home.

We were very happy with the service and guidance Ryan gave to us during the campaign to sell our home. We thank them for their professionalism. We would highly recommend Ryan and the team at Buckingham

Very happy with service from Ryan and Kate Very kind and professional

Throughout our buying experience with Ryan, he was accessible, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met. The negotiation and purchase was unpressured and managed professionally and smoothly by Ryan. Ryan is a local agent with an intimate knowledge of the area in which we purchased which was reassuring as buyers unfamiliar with the area. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is wanting a good agent to help purchase or sell a property in the area.
