It is with pleasure that I write a testimonial for Ryan Canilho and Nicole Bricknell who recently sold my apartment in Bundall. From memory I think they came to visit me on a Monday night to discuss how they would handle the sale and ask what my expectations were. They came well prepared with past sales records for the apartment complex and I had been concerned that as I knew past sales were bleak felt they may tell me I just had to 'meet the market' price for this complex or possibly marginally higher at best.
