Photography and walkthrough video were professional and showcased the villa’s vantage point. I think the quality of the photography helped interstate investors assess if it was the property for them as you could really zoom in on areas of interest. The team had a current data base of customers wishing to purchase property so were speedy to notify of a new listing and I feel the villa was well marketed. Clarke & Co organised open times with my tenant and managing agent and were respectful of their needs. Over all a great agent to work with.
