Ryan has finely tuned instincts for real estate and an incredible understanding of the property market. He has a knack for putting buyers and sellers at ease whilst also maintaining a professional manner. ... When we first decided to sell our house we actually didn't contact Ryan's agency for an appraisal; we figured it was "safer" to get appraisals from the big name agencies that had been around longer. That was naive. Fortunately for us, Ryan's keen observation skills meant that he noticed an agent at our house (while he was putting a sold sticker on another house in the street by the way!) and took the initiative to come introduce himself and offer to appraise our place at a time that suited us. When Ryan returned to appraise our place, we had the attitude of "he's going to have to really impress us because the last 3 agents have been really good!" We didn't think he could do it...but he did it. From that first meeting, Ryan has proven himself as an excellent agent multiple times. When appraising our house he discussed all the varying factors, helped us to determine the most valuable actions for us to take (understanding limited time and budget) and most importantly, left us feeling at ease about the sale of our home. That was the one thing that none of the other agents even went close to doing. The most impressive thing that Ryan did during the sale process however, was TIMING. He made the smart choice to put our house on the market earlier than originally planned. At first this sounded like a huge gamble as it was early January but Ryan was on the money. Our house had 30 groups through in the two weeks it was on the market. And we received not one, but two, incredible offers that exceeded what we hoped to get for our house (as well as several other offers at around what we expected). Ryan expertly handled discussions with all groups making offers and we are very happy with the result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone looking to sell.

Initial contact and meetings were seamless, Clarke & Co Agents offered an estimated sale price and fixed fee ensuring I knew where I stood from the start. Photography and walkthrough video were professional and showcased the villa’s vantage point. I think the quality of the photography helped interstate investors assess if it was the property for them as you could really zoom in on areas of interest. The team had a current data base of customers wishing to purchase property so were speedy to notify of a new listing and I feel the villa was well marketed. Clarke & Co organised open times with my tenant and managing agent and were respectful of their needs. Over all a great agent to work with.
