We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and supported by Ryan Clarke of the PRD Real Estate Team. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active with the communication for the sale of our house. I wish I could find some criticism to help Ryan better his career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Ryan was very informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his profession and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using Ryan and have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue to do so. We don't think PRD could have a better realtor representing them.

We had a very great experience with Ryan in purchasing our most recent property in Rutherford. Due to Sydney based lockdowns, we were unable to view the property in person however Ryan took a substantial amount of time in providing us with a virtual walk through of the property. We had a very short window in which we were able to proceed with the sale and Ryan worked with the seller so that we were able to meet that window. Ryan was also very responsive on any question we had on the property (which there were a few as we were unable to view in person). Would highly recommend Ryan's services.
