Ryan made good on his promise and got us a sale that was beyond what are expectations were which shows his outstanding negotiation skills. His communication style is relaxed and down to earth . He is approachable and very easy to talk to.
What could only be described as a near impossible task, but they somehow delivered for our family. I never give full 100% praise to anyone for anything hence the 4 stars but our family is extremely please with our outcome. I'm not going bother with theatrics of words because every persons situations are unique to them, other then to give them a shot and see how you go, but they know their craft and did it very well.
