Ryan was confident from the start of where our property sat in the market. He listened to our concerns, and was open to doing things slightly differently. As a result, he achieved a sale on our property on the first day, to the first people who viewed. I wouldn't deal with any other agent, as he was just so wonderful and cooperative.
