I was based in Sydney while selling my townhouse in South Perth, and despite the distance, Ryan made the entire process incredibly easy and as stress-free as possible. Communication was one of Ryan’s greatest strengths. He always called me promptly with updates, kept me informed at every stage and was readily available whenever I had questions. I always felt I knew exactly what was happening with the property and what the next steps were. Ryan was also incredibly helpful in preparing the property for sale. He organised and coordinated all the tradespeople I needed, managed communication with my property management agents, and handled the transition with my existing tenant with genuine sensitivity and professionalism. Being interstate, this level of support was invaluable and meant I never felt disadvantaged by not being there in person. What I appreciated most was Ryan’s honesty and genuine approach. At no point did I feel as though he was trying to “sell” me on a particular decision or strategy.
