What we liked about Ryan initially was that he wasn't pushy or sleazy and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear in order to get the listing. He is just a genuinely nice guy. On several occasions I rang Ryan for advice on properties that we were interested in, which he was more than happy to look at and create a profile on even though it wasn't listed with him. It's all part of the service he would say cheerfully. We were always kept up to date with any developements, and if he did miss our call it was returned very quickly. It is a leap of faith when you decide to sell your home and pick an estate agent to look after your best interests. I felt that Ryan did just that. He was great trough out the process, from the start to the settlement date, we had some problems with our bank and he helped us trough it and negotiate it with the owner so we wont lose $50000 deposit. ill definitely recommend him :) great guy with great attitude
