Knew the market very well and I knew it was at a sluggish time when the enquiries of the Banks were an issue, but he knew how to present the house. It took a little longer but we were able to sell that was satisfactory to me. I found it amazing at what he did to the house to make it saleable and the main thing is he never gave up and encouraged that it would sell.
