A real go-getter

Me being interstate, Ryan made me very comfortable that he was a capable and passionate agent. His determination to get me a great deal was unexpected and he delivered. Which ultimately was a real win for me financially. At the beginning of the process, I had 3 agents to choose from. I ended up not needing an agent and when I let Ryan know he offered to better the off market off I had (which no other agent did), which I agreed to. I was delighted when he presented me with a superior offer and continued to go above and beyond to get me a qualified buyer with the fast settlement I wanted.
