Ryan did excellent job starting from property inspection. Especially during COVID times, organising inpsections with social distancing is challenging. Ryan handled that quite efficiently. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and checking with vendor whereever required and prompt in communication. We are extremely satisfied working with Ryan for purchasing our first home.
Ryan, was able to help us with this purchase by answering most of the questions himself. For the in depth questions or vendor related questions he was able to pass them on and come back with answers quite quickly. Ryan's knowledge of the homes and the house he has sold us was in depth and he knew about the current market, the location, land development, surroundings etc. A large thing we appreciated was that we did not have to chase up Ryan and when waiting on components he would communicate promptly, whereas we have had not such a great experience with other agents in the past.
