Any time a hurdle presented itself Ryan for forthright and I always finished the call with a sense of confidence. There are plenty of agents that will blow wind up your backside to use an Australian vernacular, but I found the honesty comforting. Telling a customer exactly how it is, is what is needed even if it is something you don’t want to hear the truth will enable you to deal with the issue and formulate a solution together.
