As we are not from the area, the communication that Ryan did to help us navigate the purchase from a far was outstanding. He was honest and sent photos. He met us on short notice, when we happened to be passing through Charters Towers. He definitely was one of the best agents we have dealt with when purchasing a property. Ryan is a very friendly and down-to-earth agent. He endeavours to do the most he can with his clients during the buying/selling process, and is easy to talk to. Not an 'aggressive' agent - more a 'friend' to everyone involved. Ryan has a good solid background and knowledge of the Charters Towers region, and was helpful on providing insight when asked.

The assumption straight away is I am asked to provide a " kind review", is presumptuous. Ryan provided a CMA that was over $60,000.00 BELOW what the property sold for; which considering the sale value of the property was about 40% below sale price. He was provided with a Sellers Disclosure Statement for a second property, that his office seems to have lost, and then decided to make up their own. I did not even what to do this review but you KEEP sending out more emails insisting I leave a " kind review.
