Initially I started my journey thinking I didn’t need a real estate agent where it started only to see what offers I might be able to get for my property. Ryan reached out to check in with me to see how my post was going. Once we discussed numbers with me he opened up the platform to offers and ended up getting us a deal much higher than expected thanks to his connections and communication. I everything from start to finish was super smooth. We put the property for sale on the 19th nov and settlement was done by the 12 of December. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed for settlement however as I was away on a trip Ryan made it a point to take full ownership and have all the work done so that settlement could proceed.
