"Ryan was such a gift! From the moment he walked in the door, he was warm, bubbly, relatable and exuded that extra sparkle and positivity.... I knew we were onto a winner. Although youth is on his side, his negotiating skills are sublime, and I felt his communication style was like that of a true older almost by-gone era of gentleman...always polite, calm, listened to us with utmost respect.
