Within a day Ryan had been to the house, gave us a realistic appraisal and organised for photos to be taken. The photos turned out to be fantastic. Prior to the house even being advertised, Ryan had people around the home just from the ‘for sale’ sign he had placed at the front of the house. Ryan explained the process of selling our house very well and advised on solicitors etc without ever appearing ‘pushy’. He was on call for any questions we had and nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. The house sold in the first week and within the price range we had discussed.
