We recently had Ryan sell our property. Having never enjoyed the selling the process before....we went with Ryan thinking he seemed an enthusiastic agent with the usual promises who actually enjoyed his job. It was great see this didn't change throughout the process. The costs were reasonable, another agent suggested a proposal 5 times the cost, which would have made anyone's job easy with an auction after 6 weeks. We didn't want that and Ryan was prepared to listen and take what WE wanted on board. After 6 weeks we were done and are moving on thanks to Ryan and his team.

He kept in touch with me through the entire process and I was impressed that while I was still looking at other properties through other agents, he never ran down the property's or the other agents I was dealing with. My wife and I live interstate so this added a few more complexities that Ryan happily accommodated.
