We were not even thinking about selling our property but asked Ryan what he thought it was worth. He knows the value of properties in Raby Bay and the next thing we had people inspecting the property and we had a contract on it straight away for the price that we were wanting. Ryan and his offsider Billy were always there to answer any problems we had and answer our questions. They are very professional and work hard for the seller.
