We listed our property with Ryan Milligan at Ray White Southport in November 2025. Our property was listed without a selling price, making the backend search price range the only price guide visible to buyers. This range was set a full bracket below our agreed minimum without our consent. We sent written instructions on two separate occasions to correct it. On both occasions the agent called to oppose it instead of actioning our request. The range was never corrected. The property was undequoted from the start and it sold after a single open home at exactly the ceiling of the range set against our wishes. Vendors should ask how much control they will have over backend pricing before signing.
