I was in the area from interstate with the intention of putting my property on the market. I only had a couple of days to organise this and was left feeling a little disgruntled after speaking to another agent, who could not give me any indication of what my house was worth. It was by chance meeting and an opportunistic one from Ryan that I chose him as my agent. At the time I thought well if this guy is going to put this much effort into getting me to list the house with him he surely will do the same to sell it. And I was right! My house was on the market for less than 2 weeks. Admittedly there was not a huge amount of interest but Ryan was able to focus on the few interested buyers and negotiate a price that my husband and I were extremely happy with.
