Ryan certainly knew what he was talking about, his estimate was close to our sale price, and the marketing was done well, however his communication was terrible, no feedback after an open home, not even a heads up to say it’s okay to return home, delayed responses to emails and calls. When this was flagged the attitude got better for a day, then back to the same, once our sale was in motion, Ryan seemed to had done a lot that was in the interest of the buyer, cooling off period, smaller deposit etc. once the exchange had occurred the only communication we received was an email to confirm a final inspection, no calls to thank us for our business, nothing at all. Once settlement occurred there was again just silence, surely you’d be grateful to the vendor who pays your wage. I would not recommend Raywhite.
