Ryan and the Smith Partners team were great to deal with. All messages, calls and emails were replied to promptly and i always felt like a client and not a number. Would never deal with any other agents in the future other than Smith Partners.
Couldn't be bothered meeting us in person - had to pick up the keys from their office! Couldn't even perform a simple request without being told to do his job. Continued to show property after offer was accepted, and subsequently showed no respect for said property, as damage has occurred (through negligence) since our initial viewing.
