Ryan or Josh were always available to answer any queries I had. I was kept up to date with when inspections were being held and given regular honest feedback. I dealt with several other employees from Smith Partners and all were friendly and helpful. I was never made to feel as if anything was too much trouble for them. Ryan & Josh were always encouraging when I was doubting if my house would sell insisting that it would sell! And they were right! I had listed my house with another agent prior to Ryan and my only regret is not listing with Smith Partners from the beginning.
