Ryan was very good.but sometimes he left us just a bit flat.one example was after the contact was signed he was very negative.this did not help us it made us feel very negative as well.this should have been a happy time.this was not our first time selling and have a good idea how things work .

Ryan went on leave whilst negotiations were taking place and he ensured that other colleagues were completely informed and he chose a colleague he knew would get on well with the potential buyer. These are all very important techniques and details that a professional agent needs to have at his disposal and Ryan did us proud!
