
Ryan Trama
We signed with Ryan expecting his experience and personal involvement in the sale and negotiations. He mentioned he would soon be going on parental leave but never indicated how soon. Shortly after we went to market he had the baby and we never heard from him again. The campaign was then handled by two members of his team who were professional and helpful. Our concern is that we signed with Ryan specifically for his negotiation expertise, but the negotiations were handled by his staff. When an offer came in we weren’t initially told the amount. Later that afternoon we received a call saying they had negotiated a “really good offer” but that we needed to accept immediately or the buyer might walk away and we might not get an offer as good as this again. We felt quite pressured to make a quick decision without having the full information. Looking back now and seeing what other properties in the area have sold for, we feel somewhat blindsided by how the negotiation process unfolded.
