Coming from a background in Bank Finance and Home Lending, Ryan Wagenvoort became involved in the Real Estate industry through what, he feels, was a natural progression. Whilst he found satisfaction in assisting people to obtain finance, he thoroughly enjoys the bigger picture of direct and pertinent interaction with his clients at Barry Plant Boronia, by genuinely helping them through the entire process of making one of the most critical decisions in their lives – and that is to make a Real Estate transaction.
Ryan has worked and lived all around Boronia, and the further-reaching surrounding suburbs, so he knows the area and the various demographics well. He has also entered the investment market personally, and has an active interest in the economy and politics in general. Added to that, Ryan also brings strong communication and negotiation skills, with a wide variety of people, gleaned from his banking experience.
Regardless of who he’s dealing with at the time (be it a Vendor, Buyer, colleague or friend), Ryan is known for doing the best he can for anyone he represents. He holds the values of trust and reliability in high esteem.
Ryan has trekked to Base Camp in Nepal, travelled throughout Asia, and hopes to get to Europe to visit his family connections in the near future. With a firm interest in keeping fit and understanding people and their various points of view, he’s delighted to be a part of the busy Sales Team at Barry Plant Boronia.
