Ryan was very knowledgeable about the local real estate market, keeping us informed along the way. He was patient and never pushy, insuring us that things will come together at the end and it did, we were very happy with the sale price

His communications was really great he kept us informed prior, during the preparation and then with the open houses all the way up to the sale.
