We bought our new home sight unseen - very unusual but made necessary due to COVID restrictions. Ryan went to great lengths to ensure we saw and understood everything in the home via a virtual walk through tour, including opening cupboards and drawers and stepping out the size of the main bedroom. He answered all our questions and was prompt in returning calls. His easy going professional manner put us at ease and we really felt we were being well looked after as purchasers.
