Ryan was fantastic to work with, from start to finish. He knew we had been considering selling our home earlier in the year but were hesitant about constant open homes. He kept us in mind and came to us with an off-market opportunity with an interested buyer who was open to our purchase price. He then also helped us to negotiate a deal on a new property for us to purchase once we had secured the buyer for our home. Ryan was incredibly professional, helpful, friendly and his communication was fantastic! He kept us informed every step of the way and was more than happy to find out any information we needed about our new property to assist us in preparing for move in day.
