From the moment we first met with Rylee, we knew he was a good choice. He was professional but friendly, knew the area well, was on top of the local market, and set our expectations appropriately. And he was enthusiastic; he wanted us to get a sale with little fuss and fairly quickly. Once the sale had been signed, the buyer wasn't interested in the furniture left in the home so Rylee offered to help us sell it or dispose of it. He didn't need to do this but, as he had been through the whole process, he wanted to help.
