To Whom it may concern. We started to search for properties around the Noosa area in early July 2017 and during our search we found the Peregian Spring most suited our longer term position with regard to the style of property and the type of neighbourhood we preferred. The property we ended up buying was one of a few we initially liked. When made our inquiry with Sabine, she indicated that the owners had changed their mind and no longer wanted to sell, due to family matters. It was disappointing and we continued to search for other properties. A month or so had passed by and we had a couple of other properties in the area in mind to make an offer. Just prior to this we made a call to Sabine and asked her if the owners of the property would be interested to take an offer, but also if they wanted to stay on and rent the property after the sale, as we were told the reason behind their decision to withdraw the property. The rest is history and we ended up with the property we wanted and hopefully the sellers were also happy to stay on as tenants to suit their needs with family matter. During the whole process, we were very happy in all our dealings with Sabine, who made the extra effort to assist us through the period up to settlement and afterwards helping out with the tenancy arrangements going forward. What a delight to meet an agent like Sabine who was most helpful and always happy to help with all aspects dealing with the property prior to the contract phase and throughout the period up to settlement.
