Sabine was very good - better than that, even. The only reason I haven't given the full five stars for each category is because they weren't necessarily relevant in my case as I was only selling and not also buying through Sabine. Her experience was apparent when she talked me through what was required and the best way to approach my situation. She was knowledgeable about the market; answered any questions I had with patience and understanding. She was proactive in her suggestions and offered help wherever she could. The latter I appreciated as I was trying to manage things on my own. I have no reservations in recommending her to anyone else.

I cannot rate Sabine's professionalism too highly. She did an outstanding job and was by far the best real estate agent I have dealt with over the my many years of buying and selling property.

Since I first engaged Sabine to sell a property in the 1990s, I have come to know, trust and respect her. This has led me to use her on subsequent occasions and to recommend her to friends and colleagues wishing to sell property. Honesty and integrity in real estate is important and Sabine has it in spades ... she doesn't exaggerate, tell untruths and if she doesn't know something will always follow up and get back to you. Sabine is an agent you can trust and she demonstrates an understanding of the market which reflects good analysis and sound judgement. Notwithstanding her view that german shepherds are smarter than border collies and kelpies, Sabine is simply a fine agent and a great person.
