We interviewed 5 real estate agents and after some research of the market each of us were confident that Simeon Partners were best placed to sell the home that our parents built nearly 70 years ago and lived in until recently. Richard had a very good understanding of the market and put forward good strategies of how to present and market the property. Having sold a large number of properties in Beauty Point Richard and Sabrina had good knowledge of the market and even before the first open house they had potential buyers identified from past campaigns. Richard and Sabrina attended every open house and personally spoke to every prospective buyer to gauge their interest and needs. They happily returned with committed buyers on multiple occasions and kept us informed about these potential buyers and what level of interest they showed. When it looked like we were not going to achieve the price we wanted Richard negotiated an offer from the buyer which we were happy to accept.
