When I put my home of 31 years on the market, Sabrina demonstrated not only a flair for thinking outside the square but also a preparedness to go way above and beyond the call of duty. Sabrina came up with suggestion after brilliant suggestion for producing a stylish, classy effect for presenting my house for sale. When furniture needed to be relocated from one room to another, she rolled up her sleeves & helped me to move it. She even lent me some of her own soft furnishings to create the desired ‘look’. Sabrina made a point of calling each person who had contacted her by email (which numbered in the hundreds) & personally following up everyone who had attended an ‘Open for Inspection’ (numbering over 60). She was always punctual, usually arriving well in advance of a scheduled inspection, which allowed time not only for her to set up her material but also for me to finish my preparations. She was very reliable & effectively partnered with me to produce the best possible outcome for selling my house. Sabrina is also very flexible, shortening her Xmas holiday plans to just one week to accommodate my requested auction date. Even during this one week of leave her professionalism was such that she continued to field enquiries about the property & coordinated a ‘special request’ private inspection to be handled by one of her colleagues. Having heard several horror stories from friends about real estate agents, I count myself as unbelievably blessed to have found Sabrina & engaged her to be my agent. She worked very hard for me & was always up-beat and positive. Her enthusiasm & energy were contagious & gave me the support I needed to prepare the house for sale.
