When I had a plan of buying a property and disposing one I own at the same time, I knew I need someone who is alert, quick and knowledgeable to handle it. Sacha provided exactly what I looked for. What stood out for me of Sacha was the fact that he is a perople's person who can dine with the kings and walk with the commons at the same time. Despite, I had to settle something below my expectations (due to market conditions and various reasons), the passion, dedication and the effort of Sacha in this businesses was excellent. Being someone who gives 110% always to the point that people find it difficult to match my passion and work rate, if I find Sacha as passionate and dedicated, it definitely can be taken as a serious compliment. Phone calls as long as over an hour, returning my late night phone calls, attending to needs on urgent basis and keeping me posted in all important dealings were some of the things that I do not expect from a real estate agent to state the least. A week earlier in the market (to go on selling), slight reduction in pricing in our first attempt (considering the market conditions) and uncontrollable market situation (slowing down at a rate) were the factors in my opinion resulted the final price, which could have been better. But, in all fair comparison, Sacha (and Costigan team as well) sold a property in a market, where Wentworthville specialized agents are struggling to attract offers, so hats off to Sacha, Costigan team and of course your truly also as I too played a part in being sensible and not greedy, reading the market pulse correctly. We dealt with Sacha from Costigan Hills Residential Sales and he was an absolute professional, very knowledgeable about the area, happy to meet up with us to arrange private inspection, gave us his time, not pushy at all, was always contactable, friendly, professional and polite. You couldn't ask more from an agent as a purchaser, when we hit a technical snag during settlement he smoothed over things with the vendor quickly, he even dropped off the extra keys to our new property we had been too lazy to go pick up during the week! Very good experience.

We first talked to Costigan Hills just for a valuation on the house as we were unsure of an estimated price of our property. We had the desire to move but the process of selling a house was totally foreign to us and scary. I spoke with Sacha, he met me at my home after hours and gave me a valuation and a step by step of the process of selling our home. I was impressed with his honesty and realistic approach, he did not try to exaggerate or make promises he could not keep just to get a listing. I requested him to come a second time to explain this again with my wife present and he was happy to oblige. We were in a position where we wanted to sell the house but did not NEED to sell and we were still a bit unsure of making the full commitment to move. Sacha offered us a solution to test the market without all the pressure. Once we were comfortable, we then proceeded with a full listing and got the price we are very happy with and that has enabled us to buy the house we always dreamt of. Earlier in 2015 I bought a duplex in Quakers Hill through Costigans. Sacha is professional and very helpful. He was very flexible and arranged several visits to the property with the owner for us to take measurements, etc. During these visits he provided useful recommendations for renovations. He had good general knowledge about real estate and the potential impact of the renovations on future sale. The Principal owner was also very knowledgeable and prompt in processing the sale.
