We've sold quite a few properties in our time, but I can safely say that Sacha was the most professional and thorough we have ever encountered. He did so much more than just sell the property - he provided us great advice on renovation work that better presented the house and even help coordinate the work. On a number of occasions Sacha went above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent. When it came to actually listed the property, I was impressed that Sacha revised his suggested asking price upwards - even though he already had the listing and it would have made his job easier to sell the house at the original quoted amount - I think this says a lot about his integrity.

When I started to look for agents when thinking about selling my house I was thinking “this is going to suck! “ As I have only dealt with very fake, car salesman like agents before and I was not looking forward to dealing with yet another agent but once I chatted to Sacha I realised this was not the case at all! I was living down South, working and with two kids and a FIFO husband which makes it difficult to get to PERTH and organise house stuff but Sacha when went above and beyond and made this process so smooth and easy!

Thoroughly recommended, Sacha went out of his way on several occassions to help us as first time buyers with knowledge of the industry, buying processes, and even local council information.
