I have sold my home at the end but my experience with The Eleet was bit up and down. Sachin Khera is the main brand of the business and everyone goes for him. But I felt he is over committed and can't give full attention to all jobs. So sometimes he might not be accessible. But other team members were amazing Kiran and Phani who helped me with the communication. I have not got the result at the end what I was looking for but it might be because of the market. Overall Sachin is a great person and very friendly genuine Sales Person.

Sachin has a strong knowledge of the Truganina market with a wide network of stakeholders. He showed diligence throughout the sale campaign and received a very good result in a very tough market. Well done!

Thank you Sachin & Team for looking after and making the process easy.

I can't write a review because I have never dealed with Sachin.

Phani and Sachin was exceptional agents. They made the whole selling our home experience easy. Sachin was transparent, professional and honest. We are very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend him to those who looking to sell their home.

As a vendor, I have felt looked after and have been provided supreme customer service from day dot till the end. Highly recommended!!!!

We were looking for two things service and result. Sachin was extremely helpful and professional during the whole sales process. I must say his knowledge for Truganina market is very through and strongly recommend.

Mr Sachin and Mr Ali both have good market knowledge and experience in real-estate industry. They sold my property as per my expectations within time frame.

Sachin is an excellent salesperson. He and his team at Eleet, particularly Kiran, have been very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. Landed on a very good price in the end. Thanks team!

Excellent service provided

The best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful. I highly recommend Sachin Khera. He listed my investment property and we were in contract in 1 week only and that too with highest price I can get. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

Sachin went above all my expectations. He was prompt extremely Professional, and hands on. And was able to take a lot of stress away, and guided me to many support agencies. e.g conveyancer's. He and his team kept me updated about the market situation, managed my expectation very well, listened and answered my questions very patiently. Big thanks to Sachin and his team. Highly recommended.
