I found him very transparent in our first meeting and easy to work. He is always top of the subject until we concluded. Never give up attitude and always the right suggestion which suits the client. He has good knowledge about property and development which help us to take the decision quickly. He guided us the right path and still helping for further purchasing and development.

Gr8 experience.Takes all due care of customer. Signing another contract in 3 weeks with him for Woodville west property 6 Jean Street.

We recently sold our property through Sam. We found Sam is professional, reliable and informative. He kept us informed of all negotiations, walking us through the process. He sold our property within a week. We would definitely recommend and use him in the future.

Very professional and knowledgeable.

First of all, I would like to congratulate you for such a great agent “Sadeq”. I am from Sydney, NSW. I had no intention to move home to anywhere else. I changed my mind and decided to live in SA when I discussed few things with Sadeq. Sadeq is collaborator, and very convincing when it comes to selling properties. He is honest in his dealings and words. Thanks a lot Sadeq. I definitely recommend Sadeq as an agent and will recommend him to my friends when they want to buy a property.

If I ever like to sell my property then it will be Sadeq I will choose. Awesome guy and great negotiator. Happy with everything
