She dealt with multiple family members because we were selling on behalf of another family member, she kept in regular contact after appointments/inspections to advise us, didn’t oversell it or try to talk the process up and was very accomodating. Got a good price (more than expected), good terms and overall just a pleasant, stress free, no bs experience.
