We had to sell our property in Springfield because of health reasons and I am sure we could not have done it without the expertise of Saeed, he was approachable, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist the seller in selling their property. Saeed gave us advise on the little things but the important things! and when we required assistance when a gardener had let us own for applying garden mulch on the garden prior to the house photos being taken Saeed had someone there within 45 mins assisting us with our gardens. Saeed's motto was he would treat our mother as if she was his own, Saeed is a wonderful man with gentle nature who will do everything to assist you in selling your property and sold ours within three weeks and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to everyone.
