We met Saeed when he was standing in the entry of our new house. It wasn't our house at that time. We were on our way back from the shops in the Village when we saw his open home sign. We pulled into the street & got out to have a look. As soon as we walked in I knew I wanted to buy it. On the way out I told him I would call him and make an offer. He casually gave us a brochure and said he looked forward to hearing from us. From the very first contact I liked Saeed, he was not pushy in any way, he didn't do the hard sell, he was relatable, sincere and quietly spoken. He came to our house to accept our offer, he was polite and very accommodating. He referred me to conveyancing people, to builders and pest inspectors.
