As this was our first house we didn’t completely know what to expect, but Saffron handled everything for us. Being shift workers she even come to us out of business hours just make it easier for us. We so thankful we had saffron!

The whole process was very easy and a great experience for us as the home owners. Saffron was very clear about what was happening and what was to come, throughout the process. We were looking for a mix of investment and prospectively a change of lifestyle purchase. Yes we gave our agent a large spread of what we were looking for. Saffron not only gave us some great listings to review, she also arranged access on days we could come up from Gosford to see them. She worked on public holidays and Sunday afternoons to enable us to view these properties and meet with us. We didn't end up buying a house to live in, but from her advice, we moved from looking at a house as a rental property, to looking after apartments in the same price range. This opened the door to lower ongoing maintenance, a great tenant and an apartment easy walking distance to everything. Something we now even have considered retiring into! Thank you Saffron for taking time away from your family to enable us to not only view properties, but even making yourself available on your days off, if you knew we were coming up to view more properties. We loved your enthusiasm and your work ethic, and my kids thought you were great! We now have a great central investment property, with amazing tenants & we are attempting to pursue the dream of one day living up that way! :)
