My journey with Sahil started with prepping the property to get in line with my expected sale price. He helped to make some changes which yielded resulted later down the track. During the period where the property was on the market Sahil was punctual to attend open houses, updating myself weekly on the progress and ensuring to set my expecations accordingly. While I could not achieve the initial set price and by no means of a lack of effort from Sahil, but the current situation of the market given the war has affected everything, me and my partner was very happy with the end result we got. Highly recommend for anyone to use his services. We are currently waiting on to settle and Im sure Sahil will help us out to close this chapter on a high.

People who actually invest time in reviews before dealing with him deserve some true reviews.. Our experience with Sahil Mahajan was disappointing. The service before signing the contract was very different from the service afterwards. Once issues were raised, the response was that he did not have time to deal with them. Some suggestions- i know you don’t need Mr. Overconfident but it’s free for you.. Transparency builds trust. Concealing issues never leads to long-term success.

I cannot recommend Sahil highly enough. His service was truly five-star. His professionalism and extensive knowledge of Strathtulloh were evident from the start, allowing him to expertly navigate negotiations and secure the best possible outcome for me. He was also incredibly patient, always taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. For a dedicated, knowledgeable agent who delivers outstanding results in Strathtulloh, he is the one to choose.

Sahil Mahajan does not deserve even one star. We were given clear promises, including assurances that contract conditions would be fulfilled. Once the contract was signed and our loan approved, communication stopped completely. Calls and messages were ignored, and none of the agreed contract conditions were completed, despite repeated follow-ups. There was zero accountability and no support once the sale progressed. This experience caused unnecessary stress and shows a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. Do not recommend.
